Sunderland City Council has approved plans to transform a long-vacant property into a specialist housing facility for men with complex needs. The development will feature 8 bedrooms and living spaces, alongside 24/7 on-site supportprovided by experienced staff.

Run in partnership with Changing Lives, the scheme will offer tailored care in a secure environment, helping residents lead more independent lives while addressing their unique challenges.
